Everything Prevail does is configurable from one place. Settings is grouped so the common stuff is up top and the power features are clearly separated.

Models, council & skills

Telemetry is off by default

Prevail collects nothing unless you opt in. If you do, what’s sent is anonymous (a random local UUID — never your name, paths, or vault content) and allowlisted (a fixed set of event names; free text is dropped). Every event is also written to a local log you can read.

Connect

These are the integrations — all off until you turn them on.

Connectors Pull data from real apps — bank, calendar, email, password manager — into the vault.

Gateway (Telegram) Reach Prevail from your phone over a Telegram bridge, with a mandatory chat-ID allowlist.

MCP Consume MCP servers, and expose Prevail itself as one to other tools.

Remote (WebUI) Serve the same app to a browser — loopback-bound and allowlisted, reachable via Tailscale.

App

General, Appearance, Shortcuts, and About (version, auto-update, licenses). Prevail keeps itself current — when a release ships, it downloads in the background and offers to relaunch.
